At our university, the Multidisciplinary Student Symposium
was held under the slogan "Young Perspectives on Science."
During the symposium, students from the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts
Department presented three research topics.
Under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sedat ÇELİK, Elvan
Akdoğan presented the study titled "The Problems Faced by
Women Working in the Kitchen and Suggested Solutions." İpek
İlanko presented the research titled "A Study to Identify
Attitudes Toward Eastern Cuisine." Under the supervision of Lecturer
Gökhan Kadırhan, Yasin Yaşar presented the study
titled "The Impact of Technology on Gastronomy Trends."
