province, the Noah's Table Regional Food Competition will be
organized.
- Category 1: Known regional dishes (e.g.,
"Perdepilavı," "Hekeheşandi," "Kipe,"
"Kutlık," "Serbidev," "Şımşipe," and similar
dishes)
- Category 2: Known regional desserts
(e.g., "Bırınczer," "Katgedıfse,"
"Memilheva," "Luzine," "Fıreydin," and
similar desserts)
