To discover the forgotten regional flavors of our province, preserve the cultural heritage for future generations, and contribute to the promotion of our province, the Noah's Table Regional Food Competition will be organized.

  1. Category 1: Known regional dishes (e.g., "Perdepilavı," "Hekeheşandi," "Kipe," "Kutlık," "Serbidev," "Şımşipe," and similar dishes)
  2. Category 2: Known regional desserts (e.g., "Bırınczer," "Katgedıfse," "Memilheva," "Luzine," "Fıreydin," and similar desserts)
